Details determine success or failure, 5S management should start from little by little

Our company has been implementing 5S field management for some time, which has undoubtedly taken a new step for the company in field management, standard operation and quality preservation. In order to enhance the deeper cognition of 5S management at all levels of manager and more refined implementation standards, Mr. Li, executive vice president of the company, will conduct theoretical and practical training for management personnel at all levels every Tuesday afternoon since 14th Nov. 2023, The main content is "5S and professional quality training" in a total of 7 classes. The participants are composed of department heads, department staff, workshop directors, team leaders, warehouse keepers, inspectors and front-line workers who are willing to learn.

The implementation of 5s field management aims to create a positive interaction between people and the environment, through the standardization of field, to cultivate the work style of employees, to ensure product quality, improve work efficiency, and reduce production costs.  Through this kind of education and training, company leaders hope that we can create and build together, start from changing the environment and establish good working and living habits, constantly improve their own quality, cultivate good moral quality, and finally achieve the purpose of comprehensively improving staff literacy. We firmly believe that as long as we persevere in 5S field management will create a good atmosphere for company culture, and will lay a solid foundation for the healthy and harmonious development of enterprise.
